Stay-Put Cargo Bar

Three years, provided the usage instructions are adhered to.

Warranty void if

1. The bar is extended beyond the recommended maximum.
2. The bar is incorrectly positioned against the goods to be secured.
3. The bar has been abused.
4. The bar is used for any purpose other than that for which it is designed.

Stay-Put Cargo Mat

Five years against faulty materials and workmanship, delamination, ageing and tearing.

Warranty void if

1. The mat is exposed to poor or abusive handling.
2. The mat is damaged by sharp objects.
3. The mat is exposed to excessive oils and chemicals.

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act

This warranty is given in addition to, and does not limit or replace, any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or at common law.
